Agency, plan, or self-managed: what's the difference?
Agency managed
The NDIA pays registered providers directly on your behalf. Least paperwork for you.
Self managed
Funding goes to you, and you pay providers yourself, registered or not.
Plan managed
A plan manager pays your invoices while you pick any provider you like.
