Nobel Ability Pty Ltd (ABN 15 683 575 082) is a registered NDIS provider based in Sydney. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
When you contact us or become a participant, we may collect your name, contact details, NDIS plan information, and details about your support needs. We only collect what we actually need to provide your support.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
- To plan and deliver the supports listed in your NDIS plan
- To meet our reporting obligations to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
- To bill the NDIA, your plan manager, or you directly, depending on how your plan is managed
How we store it
Your information is stored securely and only accessed by staff who need it to support you. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it outside our team except where required by law or where it's needed to coordinate your care with another provider you've approved.
Your rights
You can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Email info@nobelability.com.au and we'll sort it out.
