NDIS home modifications in Sydney, handled start to finish

Ramps, rails, and bathroom changes that make your home safer. We manage the quotes, the paperwork, and the tradespeople.

Getting a home modification approved usually means chasing quotes, filling out forms, and explaining the same thing to three different people. We take that off your plate and manage the whole process.

What we arrange

  • Entry and exit ramps
  • Grab rails and handrails in bathrooms, hallways and stairs
  • Bathroom modifications: walk-in showers, raised toilets, non-slip flooring
  • Doorway widening and threshold changes for wheelchair access
  • Minor modifications that don't need an occupational therapist assessment, and major ones that do

How the approval process works

Bigger modifications usually need an OT assessment and a formal quote before the NDIA approves funding. We coordinate this with our allied health team so the assessment, quote and installation all move together instead of sitting in separate queues.

What it costs and what's covered

Home modifications are funded under Capital Supports, which is a separate category from your everyday Core Supports, meaning it won't eat into your day-to-day funding. Our guide on NDIS home modifications: what's covered and how to apply goes through the process in more detail, or you can just book a free call and we'll tell you if your home qualifies.
