These terms cover your use of the Nobel Ability website and, at a high level, the basis on which we provide NDIS supports. Your actual service agreement, signed separately when you become a participant, sets out the full details of your specific supports.
Using this website
The content on this site is here to help you understand our services and get in touch with us. It's general information, not personalised advice: your own NDIS plan and needs will always shape what's actually right for you.
Our services
Services are provided in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the specific supports listed in your NDIS plan. Availability of a service depends on your funding, your location, and staff availability at the time.
Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a service, in line with the NDIS short notice cancellation rules. Talk to your coordinator if something comes up. We'd rather adjust than have you stuck paying for a missed session.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
